Our pipe (rod) ultrasonic flaw detection system is suitable for ultrasonic testing of small-diameter thin-walled pipes and small-diameter rods. According to customer needs, 4/6/8 channel detection can be selected. The probe main head rotates around the pipe at high speed for scanning. The entire equipment upper and lower racks and sorting devices are all made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy profiles. The instrument adopts advanced design concepts and manufacturing technologies. It performs real-time digital processing of the real-time collected ultrasonic echo signals, and can analyze and record the test results at the same time. It also has delayed marking and sound and light alarms. It has a high degree of automation, reliable detection accuracy, and good system stability.
