Automatic ultrasonic (eddy current) detection system for pipes (rods) is suitable for ultrasonic (eddy current) detection of small-diameter thin-walled pipes and small-diameter rods. The probe can select 4/6/8 channels for detection according to needs. The pipe fittings adopt a linear conveying form. The main head of the probe rotates around the pipe at high speed for scanning. During the scanning, the inner cavity of the main head is filled with coupling water. The instrument adopts advanced design concepts and manufacturing technologies. It performs real-time digital processing on the real-time collected ultrasonic echo signals, and can analyze and record the detection results at the same time. It also has delayed marking and sound and light alarms. It has a high degree of automation, reliable detection accuracy, and good system stability.
